Manage & lead multiple marketing projects and activitiesPermanent full-time role based from our Ellerslie office with 50% of week WFHMars is a family-owned business with more than $35 billion in global sales , we're passionate about our people and looking to recruit our next Assistant Brand Manager.Join our highly engaged team where you'll work closely with the Marketing team members on key strategic projects from insight led strategy, to idea generation, concept development.You'll support budget management, product and pack design, creative processes, brand and market positioning, team and stakeholder engagement including post evaluations.You will have a great opportunity to support key members of the team and will get exposure to lots of different projects & experiences, to set you up for future more senior marketing roles.What would be your key responsibilities?Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key Mars Multi Sales brand projects through activity forums and stage gate processes.Manage & lead multiple marketing projects and activities, while adhering to business timings and providing clear communication and guidance to the broader marketing community around project risks and opportunities.Assist the Snr.
