Area Maintenance Manager - Steam & Recovery

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Leading and developing the S&R Maintenance team, coaching to achieve outstanding results;
Managing the relationship with the maintenance trades providers, setting priorities and ensuring availability, reliability and utilisation of the plant is effectively maximised;
Setting and maintaining budget targets and reporting on performance;
Leading planning and scheduling, PM compliance and supporting reliability centred maintenance
Leading the execution of minor projects and successful shutdowns.
Solving technical maintenance / engineering issues in the S&R Plant;
Ensuring plant reliability and up time support production targets.

A Bachelor of Engineering or similar technical qualification;
Extensive experience in a large continuous industrial manufacturing plant;
Familiar with meeting the needs of a 7 day a week / 24-hour operation;
Proven ability to lead and create high performing teams;
Strong problem-solving and project management skills;
Relevant work experience with SAP and Microsoft Office;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Team player and contributor with a drive for continuous improvement.
