This highly respected International design lead practice seek to employ an experienced Architect to join their busy Wellington studio. Specialising in a range projects from education, public and multi-unit residential developments throughout NZ and internationally. With an secure forward workload and a healthy long and short-term growth plan this is an exciting opportunity for you as a Registered Architect to step up your career to the next level. In order to be successful in this challenging and highly rewarding role you will be a design lead Architect with a passion for great architecture. Ideally you will hold a minimum of 5+ years' experience post registration, having worked in private practice (ideally NZ registered, but overseas registration would be considered, provided you hold sound NZ experience). You will be self-motivated with a willingness to work collaboratively across the office networks. You will have an excellent communication skillset, conversing across a number of levels. Technically you will have a strong understanding of the making of architectural drawings, through excellent documentation. Demonstrable experience on the use of REVIT or AutoCAD is extremely preferred.
