This role is supported by a generous base wage with additional performance-base incentives and will entail providing administration support to Team Coordinator Kayti during the week as well as assisting with open homes on Saturdays.
This opportunity will provide a practical learning experience, supported by theoretical training and a view to become a future individual high performing agent or Executive Assistant! Candidates should have an open mind and flexibility towards the needs of the agent and team.
The full-time position is located at the Place Aspley office and is available for immediate start. This position requires the candidate to work every Saturday (Real Estate Day!) with an RDO during the week.
Critical to this role you must have and be able to provide:
1) Sales Registration Certificate
2) Drivers License and your own vehicle
Duties
Actively participate in all training and development opportunities
Manage and coordinate diaries
Prepare Contracts of sale
Docusigning paperwork
Preparing listing packs and agreements
Proofing of marketing for listings
Proofing of marketing for the team
Coordinating open home bookings
Processing price changes
Helping conduct open homes on Saturdays
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Great attitude, highly driven and enthusiastic with a passion to achieve in Real Estate
High level communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
