Afterschool Care (Mon, Tues, Wed)

Childcare required three days a week (across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) for a very chatty five-year-old girl. Responsibilities include: school pick-up (from Karori Normal Primary School), post-school activities (including swimming), and preparing and feeding her dinner (and occasionally prepping dinner for the family). 3pm-6.15pm regular shift, with an option of also picking up 2 hours house cleaning once a week (vacuuming, bathrooms, laundry etc.). $24 an hour. Start date week of 8 Feb 2021. During school holiday periods there may be an option to increase to full days if this suits all parties.
You need to have prior experience as a nanny or child minder (with references). Need to be tidy, organised and proactive, and to have a full, clean driver's license and preferably own car. We also have a dog Gus (a miniature schnauzer) so you need to be dog friendly.
We are based at the city end of Karori, a five-minute drive (or 15-minute walk) from KNS. One of us works full-time at Massey University, one works full-time in a shift-work pattern (so there will be times when quiet activities upstairs, or downstairs activities are needed).
We have a big courtyard and back garden and are very close to Karori Cemetery for having walks/explores. Apply now!
