This is a (Graduate/Entry-level) position.Tasks & Responsibilities:•Ability to interact positively with a variety of matters and individuals on a daily basis. •Process sales orders and quotes.•Enjoying and confident in inbound and outbound calling.•Respond to stakeholder enquiries via the phone and email in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements•Previous working experience as an administrator/customer service role is preferable. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal parties. •Excellent telephone etiquette and e-mail skills.•Excellent time management with good attention to detail.
