Advisor: Contact Centre - Casual Overnight

Te Turanga | About the role As an Advisor: Contact Centre, you are the first point of contact for enquiries received through Council's Contact Centre. You will be providing exceptional customer service to the community, whether it's a korero over the phone, responding to emails, or even answering social media enquiries.  Our Contact Centre operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. We have casual roles available to cover our overnight shifts. The hours of work are 10.45pm to 7.15am. You will be remunerated well for the inconvenient hours. There is an initial training period prior to commencing regular hours for this role, training will be approx. 6 weeks, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm. Please note attendance to a weekly 1 hour meeting on a Wednesday at 8.00am or 4.00pm is required for this role.
