This will be a project based administration role in Taupo.Basic computer skills will be of use to create word documents, update spreadsheets and emailing competently. Punctuality and reliability will be key for this role with a good level of communication.Industrial administration experience is a plus. You must have reliable transport. Your duties may include: Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients, contractors and visitors to the site Efficiently input data, collecting/delivering to the siteTo answer all incoming calls and deal with appropriatelyTo carry out the production of set management information systemsScanning, filing, emailing documents to customersTo undertake other administration duties the site manage may reasonably expectAssisting with customer queries. Ensure all site visitors have received full Health & Safety induction and are wearing the correct PPE.
