Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Freeman Roofing Tauranga is looking for a part-time Branch Administrator to join the team and support us as we continue to grow.  The Role The Branch Administrator is a part-time role reporting directly to the branch manager. The hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate and will be between 25 and 32 hours a week.  You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment with a diverse range of duties centred around the timely and accurate processing of accounts tasks.  The ideal candidate will: Have a great work ethic and not be afraid of hard work Work within supportive team to effect proactive change Believe in awesome communication and getting the job done to an exceptional level Support the implementation of a best practice culture; and Have great written and oral communication and reporting skills  The main responsibilities of the Branch Administrator role include: Accounts payable being correctly and accurately processed Accurate processing and reconciliation of accounts receivable in a timely manner Payroll and associated record keeping and processed on time; and In addition to the above you will be an active member of the admin team and support the customer service team from time-to-time.  You will work between Monday and Friday. Over Christmas/new year we normally shut down for about two weeks giving you and opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved break.
