An opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services team working, based in Tauranga. This is a permanent position with full time hours Monday to Friday.
Our Client Services team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) operations team, our clients being all CIP branches and affiliates. The Client Services Administrator is responsible for completing client trades within the CIP product platform in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for releasing client orders to the market and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled and booked in accordance with the client's instructions. The role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that security pricing, FX rates, and asset data and correct, and liaising with other internal teams as required to make any necessary updates or amendments. The role will require a knowledge of financial markets, such as listed and unlisted securities, as a key responsibility will be to use our product platform to place, book and confirm client trades.
About you You will have experience in another administrative position, ideally within financial services. This role works to daily tasks so the ability to prioritise workload effectively is essential. Given the client services focus of this role, excellent client service skills are essential. You will also have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong computer literacy skills are essential, and experience working within a CRM program would be advantageous.
