About The Role
A growing specialist medical practice is seeking a savvy and confident personal assistant.
Key responsibilities and tasks will include:
Booking clinic appointments and surgery
Managing incoming and outgoing communications over the phone and email
Liaising with other health professionals, ACC, private health insurers and hospitals
Drafting letters and formatting written correspondence and documentation
Managing and recording data between MS office and an internal practice system
Front desk duties as required such as meeting and greeting patients, taking payments
Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
About You
This role will have the scope for you to make it your own and set up some solid systems and processes. You will therefore be resourceful with good initiative, organizational and communication skills.
We are seeking someone mature in manner, who will professionally deal with private health matters and patient information confidentially.
Further key skills and attributes required:
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
Professional presentation with a positive, friendly attitude
Meticulously accurate with an eye for detail
Proactive and able to work alone, with the flexibility to take a variety of tasks at different levels
Strong work ethic and dedication to helping the business grow and succeed
