We're seeking an Administration Team Leader to join us ensuring the smooth and successful day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre by ensuring effective warehouse operations, excellence in customer service delivery and DIFOTIS performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where your duties will include:Overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, from managing correspondence to coordinating inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every turnCollaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Generating labels, delivery dockets and other documentation required for transportDealing efficiently and professionally with customer queries Liaising cross functionally to investigate, identify and resolve day-to-day issues About YouYou are a strong communicator, able to build strong relationships with team members, customers and stakeholders alike and understand the importance of fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. A problem-solver, you're always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency and your attention to detail is second to none.
