Permanent full time - Monday to Friday - 80 hours per fortnightGreat opportunity for growth and development in administration, reception, and clerical experience.Mo te tunga | About the role Situated in Rotorua, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, collaborating with four other Service Managers at our office. Your reporting manager will be located in Rotorua. It is essential for you to thrive in an autonomous work environment and be comfortable working independently. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of general administration tasks, providing support to the management team, processing accounts and financial reconciliations, coordinating PPE gear and orders, reception duties, and promptly addressing inquiries from both visitors and staff, among various other diverse responsibilities!
