The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support and reporting for key stakeholders.This role is multi-dimensional and will require the incumbent to prioritise tasks and manage their time to ensure the needs of the business are met. The Administration Assistant role is key to the efficient functioning of Aramex NZ's corporate level team; therefore, the role is fast paced, dynamic and no two days will be the same.Key responsibilities include:Undertaking administration & reporting for senior stakeholdersWorking with large volumes of data and creating reporting for senior stakeholdersReception duties, such as telephone support and management of the reception email inboxManaging travel arrangements on behalf of senior staff as required.Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.Management of internal platform access across company personnelUniform ordering and management.Co-ordinating catering, office purchases & setup and gifting as directed.To be successful in this role:High level verbal and written communication skills.Time management and problem-solving skills.Strong administration and computer systems knowledge including Microsoft excel.Proven customer service and administration experience.Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.Confidence, professionalism and self-accountability.If you think this would be a great opportunity for you, please apply today by submitting your cover letter and cv.Due to the volume of applications for this role, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in administration?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
