Administration Assistant | Auckland Cbd | Part Time

We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to help out in our video and photography production department. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an exciting creative team that is very passionate about media production.
The job will involve assisting our Production coordinator in booking photo and video shoots, scheduling staff and dealing with clients.
We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and is who can be relied upon to do a great job with a minimum amount of supervision. You ideally will be a real people person with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to take on new tasks.You will need to learn to use our scheduling and accounting software, as some invoicing and billing will be involved. Experience using computers and dealing with basic accounting would be a bonus but is not necessary.
We are a team of passionate creative video-makers and photographers making content for the University of Auckland. So obviously, an interest in video production and/or photography would be an advantage, as you might occasionally be needed on shoots.
Hours can be flexible within Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, we will want you for around 12 hours a week at $25 per hour.
We are based out of the Auckland University campus.
