We are seeking someone to join our team and play apivotal role in supporting the administration and successful delivery of ourPlanned Care projects. Ko waikoe | About You AsAdministration and Projects Support– Planned Care, you will collaborate closelywith the Perioperative Manager, project team members, and stakeholders to drivethe success of our Planned Care initiatives. In assuming this responsibility,you will support the Planned Care Project Team to improve the productivity andsustainability of our Planned Care service delivery. KeyResponsibilities: Assisting with theproduction of reports and presentations. Maintaining projectrecords and collation of project documents for team accessibility andfuture auditability. Assisting thePerioperative Manager in system required schedule changes. Working with craftgroup rosters to ensure sessions are resourced, and that staff are awareof whether their session is fully resourced or not. Supporting stakeholderswithin the planned care environment with production data and insightscollection and communication of relevant information to requests Collaborate with Maoriand disability partners, mana whenua, and community organizations torepresent information in culturally responsive ways. Perform other dutieswithin the scope of the role as agreed upon with your manager. Relevant tertiary ortechnical qualification (e.g., business administration, or workingtowards). Exceptional computerskills, you can pick up how to use different systems and are able to pivotbetween them expertly. Attention to detail andaccuracy skills Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite, especially Excel and presentation. Proficient in writingand collating documents, including basic reports. Able to supportindividuals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent written,verbal, and relationship management skills. Understanding of theNew Zealand Health sector.
