Accounts Receivable Officer - $60,000 + Superannuation

Our client is an industry leader in their chosen space. Continuing to rapidly expand, it now has a true national presence. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer is available to join their team based in the Melbourne head office.

About The Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will take full ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and will provide assistance to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer as required.

Duties
Reporting directly into the Accounts Receivable Manager and working in a medium sized team, your daily tasks will include;
Management of a commercial ledger
Collections of outstanding payments
Build relationships with their major accounts
Allocating and receipting of payments
Reconciliations of Accounts
Ad hoc administration duties

Skills and Experience
Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong presentation skills
High level attention to detail
A team orientated approach
