We have an exciting opportunityavailable to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as an AccountsReceivable Administrator with SAPexperience (essential).  The role isresponsible for supporting the Accounting Services Team with managing andprocessing all accounts receivable transactions including proactively chasingand managing overdue accounts in accordance with the Mitre 10 (New Zealand)Limited Policies and Procedures and in accordance with standards of goodaccounting practice.
Reportingto AR Manager, tasks include but not limited to: Review and processcustomer payments accurately and efficiently reconcile statement to ensureaccurate recording of receivablesCustomer Management andmaintain a positive relationship with customers and storesPreparing monthlystatements and fees payments for customer accounts for prompt paymentManaging customeraccounts and reconciliations and credit management and reporting Identifying overdueaccounts and contact members, or customers regarding payment and liaisingwith wider finance team as requiredAssisting managementteam as required with other areas of customer payments.To besuccessful in this role you will have:  General accounting,Credit Management and AR knowledgeSAP experience ishighly beneficial for this roleAbility to provideaccurate output within assigned deadlinesGood proficiency withExcel and Microsoft office and pacsoft an advantageExperience working in ateam-based environment.Previous exposure to amedium/large ERP systemExcellent written and verbalcommunication skills2+5 years AccountsReceivable experience preferable.
