Accounts Payable Officer

The Company Based in East Tamaki, my client has operations around the world and manufacturing plants in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
They have experienced a 50% growth in the last two years

The Role
As the Accounts Payable officer, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working within a team of four.
End to end process of Accounts Payable
Including data entry of invoices into the internal system
Matching to purchase orders
Coding to the correct business unit
Processing weekly and fortnightly payment runs in both local and foreign currency
Dealing with staff expenses
Supplier reconciliations
Other ad- hoc journal processing for Accounts Payable
Some aspects of Fixed Assets
Your Profile
Several years' experience working in Accounts Payable
Confident to take charge of the whole AP function
You will have great time management
Understand the basics of debits and credits
Have experience with an ERP system
You will be able to work autonomously but enjoy being part of a large global company.
Excellent communication skills.
