Some More Information About The Role

This a permanent position covering all Accounts Payable with high involvement with staff across the business as well as direct with external suppliers. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable process. Some duties will include:
Coding expenses
Processing domestic and international payments
Create payment batches
Reconciliations
Internal and external queries
Backup for Accounts Receivable
Assist with Month-end reporting
So who are you and what is your profile?

You are a confident accounting professional with particular emphasis in Accounts Payable. As this is a full-on role you will be well organised and have high attention to detail, you thrive on being busy.Ideally, you'll be great with systems and have solid Excel skills, at least be confident with v-loopkups. Great verbal and written communication is a must due to a big part of the role will be handling customer and suppliers queries, also dealing directly with stores, sales staff and customer services teams.
