This role is based in Penrose, Auckland with the requirement to travel to another site in Mangere, Auckland. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing accounts payable invoices, following up on cost invoices and resolving discrepancies and data entry errors all whilst providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:Minimum 10 years accounts payable experience within FMCG environment.Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and above ERP experience.Manage end to end Accounts Payable process or Accounts Payable Manager / Team Leader in large corporate.Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with all areas of the businessProven ability to deliver results in a pressured environment.Acts with integrity and is reliable and trustworthy.Ability to think “outside of the box” and solve problems.Works as a team player and goes out of way to help.Flexibilities to travel between two sites.
