Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Account Support Specialist to join our team at MYOB. This is a remote work position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, with part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their accounts and financial transactions.2. Assist with resolving any account-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client inquiries.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.5. Assist with account reconciliation and reporting as needed.6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.2. Strong planning and decision-making abilities.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Experience in a customer support or account management role is highly preferred.6.
