Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Achievement of Individual & Department Target- Monitor assigned accounts' year-to-date/monthly purchase performance so as to align with company and partners purchase targets.- Supervision of Sales Promoters and executing of dealers' campaign to ensure that objectives of campaigns are met.- Provide a high level of service to accounts assigned by building good rapport with Channel partners & Floor sales staff.- Increase channel partner sales through close monitoring of stock and sell through.Promotion Execution- Execute sales promotions plans, campaigns and quantity purchases packages.- Plan & Execute joint promotions/road shows with the channel partners.- Provide support to roadshows/events.Administration- Evaluate and monitor the performance and morale of Promoters.- Check promoters claim and sell through.- Work with Manpower Agencies on Manpower requirements for Road shows, events etc.- Submit all Credit Notes, sales incentives, price protection and sales promoters' incentive on time.- Handle customers' queries, complaints and requests.- Assist in management of stock allocation.- Stand in for other Account Manager/ salesperson when they are absent.- Ensure that Collection of payments are up to date- Follow up on outstanding payments- Monthly report on Market situation/Performance- Provide support to Institutional/Corporate Sales TeamDisplay/Merchandising/Market Feedback- Ensure that in-store display including Point of Purchase materials are up to date and according to Company's direction and brand guidelines.- Negotiate with Dealers/Superstores on Display space allocation and support.- Provide Market Intelligence and prompt feedback on competitors activities, promotions and price change etc.Job RequirementsAt least a Diploma in marketing, business or a related field is required.At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Channel ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Good communication and presentation skillsHighly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends.Self-driven, able to work in team and multi-taskingYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?What's your expected monthly basic salary?How many years' experience do you have as an Account Manager?In 1979, Canon Singapore Pte Ltd was set up as the regional headquarters to oversee operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
