Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for Channel and Direct, with a proven track record in ICT sales. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a service partner in the telecommunications market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of channel and direct sales engagement and growth, along with managing the Sales Associate position.
What you'll do: As an Account Manager - Channel and Direct, you will play a crucial role in keeping New Zealand connected when it matters most. You will be responsible for building upon insights from developed Channel Partner relationships to deliver on Partner needs. Your role will involve maintaining regular contact with Channel Partners, qualifying and generating sales opportunities for both Channel & Direct customers.
Regularly engage with Channel Partners with appropriate levels of focus.Qualify and generate sales opportunities for Channel & Direct customers.Maintain all relevant details about their Channel and Direct customers into the internal CRM database.Provide feedback to Head of Sales & Customer Success and Sales team on ways to enhance sales.Lead and motivate the Sales Associate, setting objectives and reviewing performance.Work closely with the Head of Sales & Customer Success to ensure services are delivered in line with strategic goals.What you bring: 5 - 10 plus years' experience and consistent overachievement in ICT sales.Referenceable experience in People Leadership.Proven track record of success in B2B sales.Proficient business and commercial acumen, with a practical financial understanding.In-depth understanding of end-to-end ICT services.Excellent Relationship management skills.Ready to take your career to new heights?
