In thisAccount Managerrole, you will own and develop customer relationships maintaining trust and confidence with some of Vodafone’s largest and most complex customers. You will be directly involved in the customer’s journey from strategy right through to planning, while teaming up with external and internal stakeholders to transform businesses and identify areas of growth for our customers. What will I be doing?
Managing the strategic relationship with specific customers specifically ensuring alignment between Vodafone and the customers’ business.
Growing the value of our customers business with Vodafone by supporting them to achieve their outcomes.
Developing and maintaining relationships that build trust and confidence in the services Vodafone provide.
Leading the overall Strategic Account engagement across Vodafone.
Building a long-term view and strategy to support our customer’s digital journey.

What will I bring?
Demonstrated relationship management and sales capability at a senior level in complex and evolving environments.
Strategic thinking with experience in supporting customers to achieve business outcomes.
Customer focus, with proven experience in growing core services to support digital transformation.
Leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of the Public Sector and Large Enterprise business.
Familiar with technology futures including key components of digital transformation, Government Sector strategies for ICT and improving customer experience.
Understanding of the Telecommunications or Information Technology Industry, products, services and trends.
