Prospect, tender and win new clients to assist with the growth of the business in New Zealand.
Manage supplier relationships and develop new.
Ensure the most creative range of solutions is delivered on-spec, on-time and to budget.
Manage campaigns and build unique creative solutions, pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations.
Use modern in-house CRM tools supporting maximum efficiency and transparency. Be responsible for follow-up on every project / activity as required.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide them with detailed information and accurate reports.
Focus on strategy, growth, and providing a diverse range of solutions that are best fit for your clients and stakeholders.
Expert level sales experience from the print industry - which ideally may include print management experience. Including digital print, labels, packaging and campaign management.
You have a creative solutions background and reputation for getting things "done"!
Engaging, well-liked and well-respected in the industry with strong supplier relationships.
A strategic thinker who looks outside the square and remains adaptable in the ever-changing industry landscape.
Ability to engage with a broad range of key stakeholders including procurement, operations, marketing teams and agencies at corporate level.
Highly articulate with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Confidence to tender at Board level and professional personal presentation.
Commercially astute with strong attention to detail, experience in negotiation and strong numeracy aptitude.
The ability and desire to lead a team in the future.
Tertiary qualified in Marketing or Commerce would be looked upon favourably.
