Workshop Manager - Reporoa

Our client are suppliers of farming instruments throughout the Bay of Plenty and wider Central Plateau Region. They specialise in providing milking systems, water pumping systems and effluent systems to rural farmers and industry professionals.

An opportunity has arisen for a new Workshop Manager. The role is accountable for the Day-to-Day management of operations, maintaining close working relationships with the team and clients. You will have proven ability to lead and motivate a cohesive team whilst fostering on-going organisational culture and improvement and demonstrating sound judgement with a focused and logical approach to problem-solving. There will be on the job product training and room for growth and development.

Key areas of responsibility include: 
Staff Management and providing leadership and support to the site's employees.Overseeing and coordinating all functions on site.Organising day to day jobs for techniciansBooking jobsOrganising machine testsOrdering parts and stock as requiredLiaising with customersDesirable knowledge/skills:
