Details of the offer

Supporting our branch network with repairs and maintenance are dedicated teams of trained and experienced Mechanics based in regional workshops. The Workshop Administrator supports this team administratively with the processing of repairs and maintenance records (data entry), the processing of repairs job cards, creating purchase orders as well as monitoring inventory and ordering parts.

The role interacts with a wide variety of internal customers and requires an individual with excellent communication skills and demonstrable service delivery experience. It would be great if you have worked in a workshop environment and have a good understanding of machinery and parts, but provided you have a strong administrative background, a confident phone manner and an ability to learn new processes quickly, this is a role you can develop into.

What you need:
A full Driver Licence
Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and software
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
