About the role: You'll be inspired by the impact of your work as your contemporary approach to workplace relations will be instrumental in enabling positive behaviour change. In partnership with Head of P&C Operations, you will deploy our workplace relations strategy to ensure it actively informs and guides the everyday leadership of our people leaders. Your experience working with unions will contribute to enhanced engagement and future focused partnerships.
