About the Role As the Workplace Hauora Services Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our B2B service strategy, driving continuous improvement, and spearheading the delivery of innovative health and wellbeing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in service design, project leadership, and risk management to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of B2B service strategies aligned with UniMed's vision Manage service delivery projects, ensuring operational agility, strategic alignment, and effective risk management Drive customer-centric service design and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee the service development lifecycle, applying rigorous project management and risk frameworks Foster strong relationships with business customers, partners, and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and wellbeing regulations and standards Contribute to financial planning and management for B2B services About You We're seeking a leader with a proven track record in service development, project management, and client-facing roles, ideally within the health, wellbeing, safety, or insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will bring: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg health, project management, business, risk management) or equivalent experience 10+ years' experience overseeing service lifecycles, managing complex projects, and implementing effective risk management strategies Advanced knowledge of service development best practices and a strong customer-centric mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen and financial literacy Passion for the health and wellbeing sector and leveraging expertise to inform product strategy and risk management Relevant qualifications in project management, change management, health and safety, or risk management (advantageous) Be part of a high performing team with an organisation that is values driven and genuinely committed to the health and well-being of our Members. We genuinely care about our people and provide comprehensive benefits and support. Work life balance is important to us, and we offer flexible working as well as a commitment to career development and nurturing talent.
