Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and inquiries- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures- Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
