As a Workforce Planner, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining effective rosters that align with business demand and financial objectives. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure optimal staffing levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall workforce performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of workforce management principles. We are looking for a real team player to join our busy team who is a quick learner and adaptive to change. Key responsibilities will be: Collaborating with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goalsBuilding and optimising staff rosters that ensure business demand has sufficient labour coverage at the most efficient cost while considering factors such as employee availability, skills and labour regulationsLiaising with our internal casual pool and external temp Agencies to fill shortagesAuditing for roster compliance and resolving T&A exceptionsProcessing work hours for payroll and rostering purposes within the rostering systemUnderstanding the complexities of rostering in a rostering systemDo you possess the following?
