As the Work Life Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of early childhood teachers, nurturing candidate relationships, and maintaining a robust pool of qualified and unqualified professionals. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in recruitment, candidate management, or a similar role (preferred).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of the early childhood education sector (desirable).
