The purpose of the role is toensure our customers have an "unforgettable holiday" by communicating and interacting with our clients to ensure they have appropriate knowledge of our products and meeting their needs. The role is key to ensuring our customers experience is exceptional. 
Key criteria for our winning candidate: Has the ability to cope with difficult people and situations by remaining respectful, polite and professional at all timesMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environmentExperienced in Outlook, Excel and WordMust have experience with current booking management systemMust be available to work weekends and public holidaysYour responsibilities will include: Provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain a current working knowledge of all Waitomo attractions products and servicesKnowledge of the local area and wider North Island to assist clients with their general queriesProcesses reservations from the counter, agents, coach companies and other groups and individualsMaintain a current working knowledge of all special offers and promotions, understand the benefits and how to process accurately.This is an ideal position for someone who wants to build a career in the tourism industry.
