Wellbeing and Education Manager - Kaiwakahaere Kaupapa Ora a Motu Vitae is a values based, national workplace wellbeing provider, delivering counselling, supervision, wellbeing education, onsite staff support and a wide range of other wellbeing services into workplaces and communities. We are seeking the right person to join our team. You will bring thoughtful positive leadership and direction to the development and delivery of quality evidence-informed services. You will ideally have a strong primary mental health and wellbeing background, have a strong commitment to the education of people in workplaces, You will have a passion for the ongoing development of robust processes that ensure effective delivery of our services and the enhancement of our business. Reporting to Vitae's CEO - Tumuaki, you will be working with an experienced senior management team, who are practitioner led and focussed on providing high quality services in partnership with workplaces. We offer a fast-paced and stimulating work environment. To apply for this role and join our national team you will need: A relevant tertiary health or wellbeing qualification with experience in adult education Good leadership and coordination skills with excellent interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of strong internal and external relationships. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including programme writing, assessment and evaluation Ability to work collaboratively within a team; flexibly, effectively and efficiently in an environment subject to change Excellent project management, multi-tasking and 'trouble shooting' skills.
