Welders / Metal Fabricators Needed

Affordable Stainless Productsspecialises in the manufacture and installation of Stainless Steel products including sinks, bars, frames, brackets, racks, skirting, handrails, balustrades for use in commercial, residential and industrial areas. Due to ongoing expansions, ASP is seeking to increase their workforce and therefore would like to encourage any qualified Welders / Metal Fabricators to apply.
Successful candidates must be able to:
Interpret drawings / plans to determine job specifications and accurately estimate materials
Plan and organise materials / equipment according to logical sequences ensuring uninterrupted work flow
Accurately calculate measurements taking into account percentages and proportions
Mark out structural fabrications and shapes correctly so as to minimise wastage
Fabricate, assemble and fit materials using appropriate techniques, equipment and tools
Use tools and equipment correctly following manufacturers specifications and safety standards
Perform work to a high standard without supervision

Suitable candidates will also have:
A recognised trade qualification
At least 2 years relevant work experience (post trade qualification)
A C Class Drivers Licence

The remuneration package includes the base salary plus 9.5% superannuation. Depending on the trade qualification and level of experience, the base salary will be set between $49,400 and $63,232 based on a 38-hour work week.
