Job Description:
As a Web Chat Specialist at Big Lots, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will work from home, engaging with customers in real-time to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, promotions, and policies.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Document all customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.5. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:1. A dedicated and energetic personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.2. Strong leadership and analytical skills to effectively manage customer inquiries and solve problems.3. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.5. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.6. No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
