Chorus is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer queries, and resolve issues- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of service to customers- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Track and report customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong presentation and cooperation skills- Technical proficiency with web chat platforms and customer relationship management systems- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
