Job Description:
EOG Resources is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This position offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to online inquiries and provide customer support through web chat.2. Research customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.3. Persuade customers to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling a consultation.4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.5. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.6. Utilize company-provided equipment to efficiently carry out your responsibilities.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Proficient in multitasking and time management.3. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.4. Strong research skills and the ability to quickly find information online.5. Persuasive and able to effectively communicate with customers.6. Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently.7. Hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.
