Tenneco, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a dedicated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ and will allow the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize product knowledge and resources to accurately assist customers with their needs- Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications- Continuously strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Presentation skills to be able to convey information in a professional manner- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications- High school diploma or equivalent
