Job Description: General Mills is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms.2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Research and stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.7.
