This is a remote position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, with the flexibility to work part-time hours. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support with their inquiries or concerns- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction- Utilize creativity and analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and take appropriate follow-up actions as needed- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also being a team player- Proficiency in using web chat software and other communication tools- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely
