Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Manager to work remotely for Chesapeake Energy in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in web chat management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.- Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.- Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support company goals.- Collaborate with IT to maintain and update chat technology as needed. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.- Proven experience in web chat management, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cooperation and teamwork.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms.- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.- Energetic and motivated personality traits that align with Chesapeake Energy's values.- Experience with profit sharing and travel opportunities a plus.
