Job Description:

Kami is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat platform and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled professionally and in a timely manner. You will be expected to lead a team of chat agents, monitor chat interactions, and continuously improve our chat processes to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance management- Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions- Monitor chat interactions in real-time to provide coaching and feedback to chat agents- Analyze chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to address customer needs and promote company products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 6+ years of experience in web chat management or a related role- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Driven and resilient personality traits- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
