Job Description: Hnry is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat service, ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our clients. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the web chat system, including training, scheduling, and performance management of chat agents- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for improved customer service and efficiency- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to agents for improvement- Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for changes- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the web chat experience- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the web chat service and drive customer engagement Requirements:- 8 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role- Highly driven and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of web chat software and CRM systems- Experience with data analysis and reporting- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Benefits:- Free accommodation- Paid sick leave- Paid Time Off (PTO) Working Environment:At Hnry, we prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
