As an Associate-level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service through online interactions. Responsibilities:1. Monitor and respond to incoming web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Engage with customers to provide product information, support, and assistance.3. Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and escalations.4. Analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Develop and implement chat strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.6. Maintain a high level of cooperation and negotiation with customers to ensure satisfaction.7.
