Note from client meeting with Bronwyn McConchie on 19/2/24: NB: Steph is in her 5th year (admitted Oct 2020) and CT is in his 12th year of practice (admitted May 2013) CLIENT MEETING FEB 2024 notes: LS met up with BMcC and took for coffee at Vero Pavilion. 1 hour meeting. Caught up with the news and any rec needs: 2024 Pot Vacancies?someone out of Olivia or Tallulah (not Steph as she has bought a house and is getting married end of 2024) it sounds like is planning to go on their OE mid-year (LS thinks it might be Tallulah). They are probably okay at this level when the str leaves (Year 3) as BMcC's sec is Scottish and done 2-yr str training contract in UK and has requal in NZ last year so will move into a str role this year with BS and has had exp at Councils etc in UK so not like a fresh grad. There is also a SC who worked part-time for BS in 2023 who will join BS later this year as a grad. WATCHING BRIEF VACANCY:anyone between Steph and Chris Timbs levels - i.e. 5+ years' experience would be ideal as no one in the firm currently from say Year 4/5 solicitor (Steph) to SA level (CT). Tallulah has to go to other SA Craig for questions and he is very good at mentoring but not ideal just to have him and CT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
