We offer generous team member discounts across The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi You will have exposure to ongoing training & development opportunities from day one We offer fantastic long-term career opportunities across the broader JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group The Role The Warranty Services Technician is responsible for supporting our Education and Business Sales Teams to assist in growing our commercial sales by completing activities related to the delivery of Warranty Repair Services as well as supporting our Customer base by providing a superior level of service which becomes our unique selling proposition in market.Key responsibilities: General desktop, laptop, tablet, hardware support and troubleshootingPerform in and out of warranty validation and repairs for Lenovo, HP, Microsoft and Apple devices, onsite or in our Victorian repair center as requiredUse vendor software and documentation to follow repair procedures as per vendors training.Manage used parts and return accordingly within specified timeframe Basic administrative tasks including timely ticketing and timesheet processing each dayManage and schedule jobs/tasks to ensure they are completed within appropriate timeframe Maintain communication with customers and internal support staff Meet vendor and business SLA's / KPI's Complete all vendors training within specified timeframes.Assists other employees by skill sharing and the provision of advice and assistance Apply logical, methodical, and analytical approach to isolate and solve complicated hardware problems Skills & experience: General repair experience preferably in Warranty SectorExperience and repair qualifications in multiple vendors including Lenovo, HP, Microsoft and Apple.Demonstrated administration skills and computer literacy Team player with a strong work ethic To Apply If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
