ABOUT THE ROLE
This busy role is based in their Christchurch branch. You will work in a physical environment where it takes a band of brothers to get the job done. What better way to lead a team than by example? Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee staff allocation and trainingManage customer orders and inquiries confidentlyEnsure accurate inventory and shipment handlingSet expectations & assign tasksPrioritize health and safety while maintaining effective internal and external communicationABOUT YOU
You ideally have 5-10 years' experience in a warehousing environment, with at least 2 years leading a team. You have worked with interbranch stock movements and in bulk quantities. To succeed, you will need:
Ability to build the trust of your team and communicate transparentlyProficient in inventory management and maintaining accurate records of stock levelsKnowledgeable about health and safety regulationsExcellent computer literacyPhysically strong is a mustSOUND LIKE YOU?
