Reporting to the GM of Finance & Operations you will lead from the front, being visible and hands on with the team whilst focussing on continuous improvement, efficiencies, and best practice operations.Based in our brand-new, purpose-built facility that sets the standard for operational excellence, you will manage a team of 15, supporting warehouse team leaders in the day-to-day operations of their respective departments.QualificationsYour proven leadership experience, ideally in a warehouse environment sets you up for success in this role. Your ability to bring people together, seek out continuous improvement and cultivate a great culture within the Warehouse function is critical.Your expert knowledge will be instrumental in optimising and elevating every aspect of our warehouse operations.
